EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We do our best to let you happy with your new order about the quality and shipping - but if you still have any reason need to make a return or exchange, you can see the steps below:
- You may send any unwanted items back to us within 14 days since the delivery of the order; for an exchange or refund or credit.
- About EXCHANGE; Pls fill in item No. and what size is needed.If you need help with sizing or stock availability,please confirm with us !
- About RETURNS; must be in their original condition in original packaging, unworn, unwashed and no any perfume smell.
- Any return shipping freight and duties on returned goods will remain the responsibility of the customer. if you want to save the return imported duties ,you can write a value lower than $30 on return shipping paper.
--Returned items must be declared as "Returned Goods" in the customs section of the return label. Furthermore returns that are not properly declared may incur additional fees.
--Returns must be sent at the customer's expense, C.O.D. returns are not accepted.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method when we receive your return in good condition..
- Any shipping fees will not be refunded or credited.
- Any exchange or returns, you need to contact us firstly for return reason and return address.

We reserve the rights to refuse a refund or credit for items that are not in a re-sellable condition - regardless of the presence of original tags and whether the item was worn or not, refunds will not be issued for items that we determine cannot be resold，especially perfume smell returned item.
